Job description**Purpose of the Position**- Participate in business events to introduce the bank to the company and be able to provide special products and prices to payroll groups with special negotiation.
- Advising clients to obtain a means of payment and financing.
- Financial advice with clients to obtain the required financing as clearly as possible and according to their needs.
- Lead a team of 12 people including the 8 Regional Channel Managers.
- Synergy with the Payroll and WholeSale teams to guarantee access to payroll groups and provide service, advice and promotion of the bank's and channel's core products.
- Communication and negotiation with the Payments and Lending product areas to seek improvements in processes, products and promotions.
- Collaborative work with the Incentives and Expected Performances team to keep the channel strategy and expected sales and financial budgets aligned.
