EUT Mobile Endpoint Squad is looking to hire a Mobile Support Engineer who will join the global team of mobile engineers and developers responsible for enabling the mobile technologies that power the firm's bring-your-own-device and corporate mobile offerings. The candidate will have a very strong technical foundation, a strategic mind-set, great communication skills, and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work in Mobile Endpoint Squad responsible for supporting Microsoft Intune Infrastructure
• Perform incident diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation for end user issues
• Deploy mobile services, tools, and applications required for Microsoft Intune
• Optimize and hand‑off work to Level 2 offshore team
• Be the owner of the problem and change management processes
• Create operational support documentation
