Mobile Support Engineer

The Client is seeking a skilled Mobile Support Engineer to support and manage mobile device technologies in a large enterprise environment. The role will focus on Microsoft Intune and associated mobile platforms within both bring-your-own-device (BYOD) and corporate mobile device frameworks. The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical foundation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Microsoft Intune infrastructure within the Mobile Endpoint Squad
• Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user incidents, escalating when necessary
• Deploy mobile services, tools, and apps related to Microsoft Intune
• Optimize support processes and offload tasks to Level 2 offshore teams
• Own problem management and change management processes
• Create and maintain operational support documentation
