Job Description

  1. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishment of mobile phones, LTE modules, mobile hotspot devices, and other smart devices.
  2. Conduct assembly, disassembly, parts replacement, and rework of electronic devices.
  3. Execute functional testing, software flashing, calibration, and configuration of devices.
  4. Identify defects and root causes; recommend corrective actions.
  5. Ensure proper handling and care of devices to prevent damage or data loss.
  6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards.
  7. Accurately record repair results, serial numbers, and production data.
  8. Maintain tools, test equipment, and workstations in good condition.
  9. Comply with ISO, ESD, 5S, OSH, and company safety policies.
  10. Support production targets by meeting assigned output and quality goals.
