Mobile Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones according to company standards
• Record and update repair orders accurately in the system
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Keep the service center clean and organized following 6S standards
• Attend technical training and team meetings to improve skills
• Complete other after-sales tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of smartphone hardware and software
• Able to use office applications and service systems
• Good communication skills and strong customer service attitude
• Experience in mobile phone or electronics repair is a plus (fresh graduates welcome)
