About the Role

We are seeking two superstar Administrators to join our dedicated team. As our Ward Administrator, your primary role will be acting sole charge to consistently deliver friendly and professional front of house reception duties for the ward.

Responsibilities

• Provide top‑class customer service to all enquiries from every source.
• Accurate and timely data entry, record management and collating.
• Create and maintain open lines of communication with reporting lines and all other teams you liaise with.
• Support clinical teams and ensure the wards run smoothly.
• Act as sole charge, proactively troubleshoot tasks, learn new tasks promptly, and maintain all standard Ward Administrative duties.
