Mobilisation - Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mobilisation Coordinator to join our West Australian team based in Kwinana.

The mobilisation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel across projects, shutdowns and sites ensuring all labour requirements, compliance checks and internal processes are met accurately as well as on time. This is a fast-paced, details focused role that works closely with project teams, site managers, people & culture teams, and external providers to support safe and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel for projects and shutdowns

·Manage workforce requirements including medicals, inductions, training, licences, and compliance documentation
