Mobility Services Manager Position

Lead the coordination of Paratransit transit services as the Mobility Services Manager, reporting to the Director of Transit Operations. This role focuses on scheduling, compliance, and operational efficiency of services for persons with disabilities.
In this managerial role, you'll oversee Paratransit eligibility and dispatch while negotiating and managing performance-based contracts. Ensuring contractor compliance and improving operational strategies will be key to enhancing Mobility On-Request services. Your leadership will extend to staff management, policy development, and implementing effective service communications.
