Mobilization Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilise employees to BHP sites using standard business processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
• Communicate effectively via email and phone with candidates, clients, WA recruitment teams, and suppliers.
• Work independently while leveraging strong support systems within the team.
• Coordinate medicals, PPE, and collaborate closely with the BHP team to arrange flights and accommodation.
• Manage tight deadlines and start dates, proactively pushing for early commencements.
• Confidently use spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications to track and manage mobilisation tasks.
• Prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment to meet client expectations.
• Adapt to change and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic work environment.
