• Full-time Pay: $60,000 Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8-hour shift (Day shift, 9 to 5) Monday to Friday Work Location: Alhambra, CA 91803 (In person) Job Summary The MOCVD Growth Technician operates a metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) system and works with wafers produced by this system.


• Key Responsibilities Operate and help maintain an MOCVD system for the epitaxial growth of semiconductor wafers.
• Inspect and characterize wafers using microscopes and other diagnostic tools.
• Record data and analyze the results.
• Handle chemicals and other hazardous materials used in the system.
• Document operational procedures and protocols; assist with continual improvement.
• Support other manufacturing personnel and interact with other departments.
