MOD Sales Engineer

• Generate MOD Sales, Coordinate with Branch on portfolio upgrade needs, capture non- Schindler units as a portfolio gain, strategize Schindler as preferred modernization service partner.
• Ensure adherence to SHAPE and SAP process.
• To achieve the OC sales targets.
• To manage the transaction and progress of documentation in line with the commercial policy of the group
• To actively promote the Schindler global brand
• To ensure adherence to the Sales Excellence Process.

• Business Development:

• Prepare tender submission, attend tender negotiations and secure sales orders.

• Provide support and services to existing and new clients, to maintain and/or to establish new business relationships and contacts, planning design influence and future sales.
