Job SummaryThe Model-Based Development (MBD) engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation, and documentation of control system features for engine applications. This role involves applying systems engineering principles, developing software requirements, creating simulation models, and validating control strategies through various testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive tuning guides, testing plans, validation reports, and certification documentation for engine system features.
Perform systems engineering activities, including analysis of problem statements and formulation of effective solution proposals for software change requests.
Define and develop detailed software requirements in alignment with system-level specifications.
Design and develop feature simulation models to support control strategy development and validation.
