Job Title : SRAM Characterization Engineer

Notice Period: Immediate

Location: Bangalore

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Creating critical path netlist and running characterization of SRAM
• Responsible for generating lib/avm/dat views
• Responsible for performing quality checks on lib/avm/dat views

Skill Requirements:

• Basic Understanding of SRAM Architecture and Functionalilty.
• Good Understanding of SRAM Liberty, AVM, Dat views.
• Should be able to understand timing, power and leakage measurements in SRAM.
• Should be well versed in Finesim / Primesim simulations.
• Good Scripting skills (Perl/Pythod/shell).
• Characterization of SRAM design for timing/power/leakage.

Good to have:

• Good Scripting skills (Perl/Pythod/shell).
• Data analysis for Characterization DB.
