Model Validation, Manager/ Senior Manager (Actuarial Models)

Adecco's Banking & Financial Services Team is hiring for a client, a top player in the insurance industry for a Model Validation, Manager/ Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning phase of model assurance exercises, including drafting scope documents, defining review parameters, and performing preliminary assessments.
• Perform independent validation of material actuarial models applied in areas such as financial reporting, capital adequacy, and product pricing.
• Formulate review observations, engage with senior stakeholders to obtain alignment, and ensure timely issuance of validation reports.
• Conduct additional analytical assessments at the request of senior management to provide assurance over model appropriateness and usage in decision-making.
• Assess significant model enhancements and evaluate accompanying validation documentation.
