The role is 85% delivery-focused, split between hands-on Claude coding (≈40%) and technical leadership (≈45%), with Scrum management forming part of the technical leadership responsibility (≈20% of total time). Technical leadership includes architecture and design decisions, code standards, reviews, delivery planning, unblocking engineers, and ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable outcomes. Scrum responsibilities cover sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and delivery cadence.
