Modern Trade Sales Manager

-Set clear yearly forecast, ensure all team members are able to achieve and provide support when needed
- Conduct an incentive scheme that suites the team and is aligned with the company’s objectives
- Manage and generate orders from existing customers and develop new and un-tapped potential customers

- Ensure that all routes have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their points of sale on a daily basis as per the company Must Stock List (MSL)

- Undertake spot checks on point of sales to ensure all products are available and well displayed; Ensure range availability of all existing and new brands in the market
- Analyze and study the performance of the retail and K.A. channel by salesman to monitor on a daily basis the sales achievement versus forecast, using Dolphin to retrieve the data deviation (daily sales versus forecast) and develop related action plans
