Modern Workplace Architect (Global)

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the global Modern Workplace architecture, including workstations, printers, endpoint, and asset management.
• Drive long‑term strategy for Modern Workplace, oversee the service lifecycle, and ensure IT infrastructure health and performance.
• Support IT solution design and integration, acting as project manager from ideation through feasibility stages.
• Define and govern M365 architecture, security, automation, continuous improvement, storage solutions, and manage Level 3 incidents.
• Promote optimal adoption of M365 services; administer collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and manage site and account provisioning.
