Modern Workplace (M365) Adoption Lead and Change Manager (3 yrs+)

Job Description:The Modern Workplace (M365) Adoption Lead and Change Manager is responsible for driving the adoption and transformation of M365 tools and services across the organization. The role requires a deep understanding of M365 capabilities, business and IT alignment, change management principles, and user engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a level 300-500 knowledge of M365 tools, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Security and Compliance. The candidate will also have a proven track record of leading and managing complex and large-scale change initiatives, involving multiple stakeholders and business units.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive M365 adoption and change management plan, aligned with the organization's vision, goals, and priorities.
