Role Summary
The AVP/Senior Manager – Projects & Services is responsible for leading end-to-end service delivery, program management, and project execution across global accounts. This role drives delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth through effective leadership, process governance, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects and managed services including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Lead program and project management across short-term and long-term service engagements.
