Modernization Sales Engineer

Job Description

• Identify and pursue modernization opportunities within existing customer portfolios and new prospects.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine modernization needs and scope.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and technical solutions to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine modernization strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, technical sales, or service sales in the construction or building solutions industry.
• Engineering graduates (preferably Mechanical Engineering) are highly preferred.
• Background in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage.
