Module Development Specialist

The Module Development Specialist is responsible for ensuring quality module development for the courses of the RAFI Center for Leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Creates module template and standards of the program
• Develops modules for approved courses or topics of the program
• Liaises with Subject Matter Experts pertaining to module development, enhancement or updating
• Assists during the process of accreditation of applicable modules, activities, projects, and programs of the academy with identified accrediting institutions

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Sociology, Education, Industrial Engineering, or its equivalent
• Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher
• With at least 2 years of experience in course designing and module development
