Module Lead

Overview We’re looking for Module Lead who is driven and passionate about Testing and Quality, who can take end to end testing ownership of enterprise scale modules within an application and can supervise and train junior staff members. A strong background in super, insurance and financial systems will be highly desirable. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus

Analyse Application Requirements, Design Documents and identify gaps.

Design, develop, document and review testing plans/Strategy and test artefacts.

Contribute in Release level Planning, Estimations and Reporting activities with Business Analyst and stakeholders. 

Operational Management

Monitor the test processes and procedures defined within the Testing practice framework.

Maintain Test artefacts with utmost quality. 

Triage defect, analyse the RCA's and track them to closure with dev leads and Release Managers.
