Mold Maintenance Incharge Executive

1-Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of Dies and Molds to ensure uninterrupted operations.
2-Plan, supervise, and execute engineering activities as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
3-Diagnose Die and Molds breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
4-Coordinate with production teams and SUB-CON vendors to plan maintenance activities without affecting output targets.
5-Manage spare parts inventory, ensure availability of critical items, and control maintenance costs within approved budgets.
6-Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company maintenance policies.
8-Maintain maintenance records, logs, and Die and Molds health history for audits and analysis.
8-Prepare and submit regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and cost control.
