ob Overview:

• Oversee the maintenance of all molds and accessories, ensuring they are in optimal working condition through regular checks, repairs, and timely maintenance.
• Conduct mold breakdown analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and minimize production downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring that critical parts are available when needed and maintaining an optimal stock level to avoid production delays.
• Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring adherence to budget targets and identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit departmental MIS reports on a regular basis, providing insights into mold performance, maintenance activities, and financial status.
• Ensure business plan adherence, tracking progress and ensuring that all goals and KPIs are met according to the established timeline and budget.
