Mold Maintenance Technician

Brief Statement of Duties/Work to be performed

• Operates machines for fabrication and repair of mold parts.
• Conducts mold parts measurement inspection.
• Conducts fabrication machine maintenance.
• Monitors both machine performance and measuring instruments calibration.
• Monitor and update consumable mold parts inventory.
• Check and monitors monthly fabrication schedule.
• Prepares and updates fabrication reports for every fabrication done.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of 2 years Vocational/Technical course
• Basic knowledge in MS office applications
• Hands-on in various workshop machines e.g. lathe, milling, surface grinder, and micro pad welding (optional)
• With at least 1 year experience
