Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mold Maker to join our manufacturing team. The Mold Maker will be responsible for building, repairing, modifying, and maintaining molds used in the production process. The ideal candidate has strong machining skills, a solid understanding of mold design, and a commitment to precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, repair, and modify injection, compression, or blow molds
• Interpret and work from blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications
• Operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, etc.)
• Perform mold maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Fit, align, and polish mold components to tight tolerances
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve tooling issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of mold work and changes
• Follow all safety and quality standards
