Manage the tool services and maintenance team for serial production, relocation, and new tool projects, including capacity planning and cost management.
Serve as a tool problem-solving expert, building a problem-solving team and implementing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach.
Coordinate and manage KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and KPR (Key Performance Result) benchmark improvement activities.
Develop and build competencies for new tool fitting and in-house tool making, increased cavity, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. This includes overseeing the fitting process, conducting quality checks, and coordinating tool release activities
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity in tool service and maintenance.
