Mold Setter

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Vocational Course, or any related course.
• Knowledgeable in using mechanical and electrical tools.
• Possess knowledge in mold installation and mold cleaning process.
• Knowledgeable in molding machines and process.
• Willing to render overtime and flexible working schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct basic mold maintenance (e.g. cleaning, application of lubricant and safe installation, safe handling and proper mold storage at designed storage locations.
• To ensure proper documentation and filling for mold setting and cleaning activities such as mold cleaning work orders.
• Ensure molds are stored on designated storage locations as per Mold Designated Storage locations.
• Practice HORENSO- Report, Communicate and Consult.
• Practice 5'S and safety in the entire company premises.
