Mold Shop Supervisor – Automotive Plastics Industry A leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company in Querétaro is looking for a highly experienced Tool Room Supervisor to join its plastics operation. We are searching for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in injection molds, tooling maintenance, and shop floor supervision within high-volume automotive environments. Key Requirements: ✔ Experience supervising Tool Room / Mold Shop operations ✔ Strong background in plastic injection molds maintenance & repair ✔ Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for molds ✔ Experience with hot runner systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mold adjustments ✔ Familiarity with machining equipment (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.) ✔ Ability to lead technicians and coordinate priorities in a fast-paced production environment ✔ Automotive industry experience preferred (IATF environment) ✔ Technical English is a plus Main Responsibilities: Supervise Tool Room technicians and dai...
