Mold Supervisor

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mold Supervisor or similar role.

Strong knowledge of mold manufacturing and maintenance.

Leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
