Mold Technician

• Perform mold preventive maintenance according on set no. of shots or customer requirements.
• Support production injection for mold troubles/problems that may occurs on the machine during production.
• Conduct mold incoming inspection, necessary repairs, and mold assessment for any issues that may arise.
• Can perform mold assembly and dis-assembly, mold PM process, and can operate EDM Machine, Laser Welding Machine and operating conventional machine and can conduct mold repair.
• With knowledge on preparation of technical report and ISO concept.
• With knowledge on plastic injection and diecasting mold.
• Graduate of vocational course / any 4 years technical course.
