Molding Operations Manager

Position SummaryLead, plan, and control all medical injection molding operations to ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives while maintaining compliance with medical device regulatory requirements and collective bargaining agreements within a unionized manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities• Ensure execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Manage labor, equipment, materials, and resources to meet operational targets.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
• Maximize Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE),equipment utilization and manufacturing capacity.
• Lead initiatives to reduce downtime (planned and unplanned) and improve operational efficiency.
