Molding Techician - Mold Part Engineering (Manufacture, Molding) - Cikarang

Job Description

- Conduct mold problem analysis using structured methodologies such as 4M, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis.
- Identify root causes of non-conforming (NG) products related to mold issues, including flash, short shot, warpage, sink marks, burn marks, and other molding defects.
- Perform comprehensive mold condition inspections, including cavity, core, parting line, venting system, cooling system, slider, and lifter components.
- Coordinate closely with Production, QC, QA, Maintenance teams, and external customers to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Prepare systematic analysis reports and provide corrective and preventive action recommendations.
- Follow up on mold trials after corrective actions have been implemented to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation of mold repair history and continuous improvement records.
