Responsibilities

• Follow the first article production process to switch molds, debug the first article and start production according to the injection molding plan issued by PMC.
• Implement product quality standards to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
• Inspect the process, detect and resolve abnormalities in a timely manner, and provide feedback to engineers for upgrades that cannot be resolved within the specified time.
• Inspect key parameters such as the molding cycle and residual amount of the machine to ensure that key indicators such as production capacity and yield are achieved.
• Conduct machine process debugging according to the standard process card output by the process engineer to ensure that the product meets quality requirements.
