Molding Technician

Amphenol Communications Solutions – Perai, Penang

Responsibilities

• Work on daily molding machine conversion
• Set up tooling
• Set up robotic & troubleshooting cosmetic defect
• To train and provide guidance and monitor performance of production operators
• Understand and capable operate molding machine basic function
• Support production in minimizing molding machine, thermolator, dryer, crusher & robot arm downtime.

Requirements

• Certificate/ SPM level
• Preferable with minimum 1 year of working experience in molding manufacturing line.
• Strong in horizontal plastic injection molding process parameter adjustment
• Strong in injection molding machine problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to work under hot working environment
• Able to work shift (7:00AM- 7:00PM / 7:00PM- 7:00AM)
• Prefer candidate who are not smoker
