About the Role:
LBC Express, Inc. is looking for a Money Backroom Support Associate who will provide proactive support to agents, partners, and branches by addressing remittance-related concerns and ensuring smooth, efficient backroom operations. The ideal candidate can anticipate customer needs, troubleshoot issues promptly, and support continuous improvement in money service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with corporate remittance clients, agent partners, and merchants regarding transaction concerns (delivery completion, encashment, crediting, etc.).
Handle escalated remittance complaints and collaborate with Customer Care to meet agreed service levels.
Assist in resolving disputes requiring coordination with third-party partners.
Support internal units on concerns affecting new or existing money products and services.
Address bills payment inquiries via email or phone.
