Schedule: 4:30 pm to 4:30 am | 12 hours-shift | 3 days on and 3 days off (Night Shift)
Salary: Php 15,000.00


JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A MONITORING AGENT:

Our Client is searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Monitoring Agent to join our team. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and security of our clients by keeping a vigilant eye on their fire alarm systems and incident reports. This role requires strong observational skills, quick decision-making, and a commitment to accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities as a Monitoring Agent would be:
• Monitoring the Clients software for fire alarm reports
• Verifying data, geographic location and other important information and details
• Responding to reports within specified time frames
