The M&E Officer is designed to measure the performance of programmes and projects against predetermined theoretical frameworks.

Designing Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks:

• Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks tailored to specific projects or programs.

Data Collection and Management:

• Facilitate the collection of relevant data to track progress and measure outcomes.
• Developing surveys, conducting interviews or focus groups, and collecting both qualitative and quantitative data.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Analyse data to assess progress towards project objectives.
• Identify trends and patterns and draw conclusions about programme effectiveness.
• Use statistical and analytical techniques to make sense of complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
