Monitoring& Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Associate

Experience : Minimum 4 years in MEL, preferably in youth development or social impact programs.
Qualification : Master’s degree in statistics, economics, social sciences, development studies, or a related field. Demonstrated experience working with Google sheets and statistical software like R or Stata.

Location: Bangalore preferred - or Hyderabad or Mumbai

Role Purpose

The MEL Associate will support the design, implementation, and operationalization of robust MEL systems across Mentor Together’s programs. They will focus on creating impact frameworks and surveys, data collection, analysis, and program reporting while contributing to evidence-based decision-making and continual program improvement.
