Monitorista CCTV – Job Description

Position Title: Monitorista de CCTV (Mujer y Hombre).

Key Responsibilities

• Act on and make decisions during sudden events such as robbery, fire, medical emergency, or any event defined by the client's service priority.
• Observe camera feeds and detect irregularities, including activity that may compromise safety or property.
• Determine and report exactly what is occurring and identify persons involved.
• Respond promptly to calls or requests from the monitoring area, including local radio, telephone, email and other communication media.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of operating procedures and protocols.
• Record investigations and incidents in logs (bitácoras) and produce reports on both the opening/operation of critical zones and on investigations requested.
