Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a prepared Montessori environment that supports independence and concentration
• Present Montessori materials according to each child's developmental readiness
• Guide classroom routines using grace and courtesy, positive reinforcement, and consistent expectations
• Conduct and document daily observations, progress notes, and student records
• Collaborate with parents through proactive communication and scheduled updates
• Support a calm, respectful classroom culture aligned with Montessori principles
