Montessori Elementary Classroom Assistant (Ages 9-12)

Paz Montessori is seeking a **proactive and dedicated Elementary Classroom Assistant** to support our Montessori Primary environment for children aged **9 to 12 years**. This role is ideal for someone with experience in **3rd to 6th-grade primary education** or **secondary education**, with a passion for learning and growing in the Montessori methodology.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the lead guide in managing a multi-age classroom environment.
- Assist children in their daily activities and lessons.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Observe and document children’s progress under the lead guide’s direction.
- Participate in ongoing training and internal guidance on Montessori principles.
- Support classroom routines, transitions, and group activities effectively.
