Montessori Kindergarten Teacher

Maria Montessori Academy is an independent school in Victoria offering dynamic, hands-on learning to students from Preschool to Grade 12. This is a community-based school boasting low student/teacher ratios and an all-around excellent working environment. We are seeking a full-time BC teacher to join our Kindergarten team. This specific posting is for a well-established Kindergarten classroom. Montessori training is essential for this role. Additionally, the classroom teacher should be a forward-thinking educator and is expected to deliver lessons from across the curriculum, following both the provincial and Montessori curricula, while maintaining a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment for a group of approximately 11 kindergarten students.
