You will also drive the legal training strategy and research critical legal issues, ensuring seamless operations across NOAM, EMEA, and APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft commercial contracts with various stakeholders
• Offer legal and commercial advice to teams
• Document and disseminate legal knowledge within the organization
• Identify compliance issues related to product development
• Manage cross-border legal projects and investigations
Requirements:
• LL.B or J.D. degree; licensed in Canada/U.S.
