Overview

We are seeking a CTO to lead the architecture, roadmap, and core protocol development of a public blockchain. This role drives long-term technical strategy, ensures mainnet security and scalability, and partners closely with executive leadership in a fast-growing global Web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of core public-chain protocol (consensus, EVM, smart contracts, VM).
• Define and execute the blockchain technical roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Own system security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Build, mentor, and manage a senior engineering team.
• Collaborate with executives, partners, and the global developer community.
