Mortgage Branch Manager (Licensed Ac) (PulteMortgage)

JOB SUMMARY

Provides local Pulte Mortgage leadership, managing all aspects of divisional mortgage operations while effectively partnering with the homebuilder and fulfillment center to achieve targeted capture, service & revenue goals.


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Responsible for training builder sales professionals on the benefits of Pulte Mortgage, selling the value of PMC, overcoming objections, in addition to ensuring the effective use of the expanded customer inquiry tools, online application process and post-application tools for tracking customer status

+ Responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, training, and development of local PMC staff

+ Responsible for capturing every possible loan application for Pulte Mortgage at point of sale (capture)

+ Actively participate with the builder in homebuyer and realtor events designed to generate community interest (ex: grand openings)
