In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating mortgage and credit applications, assessing borrower risk, and ensuring lending decisions align with Canadian lending guidelines, client requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks. This role requires strong judgment, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a virtual, offshore environment supporting Canadian mortgage files.
