Shift Timing: 10.00 AM – 6.30 PM (Australia Timings)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Experienced & motivated Loan Writer & Operations Associate with prior experience in the Australian mortgage industry . This role combines loan writing, administrative support, and client coordination to assist our brokerage team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Loan application preparation & submission (Mycrm & AOL)
• Work with CRMs (MYCRM )
• Prepare serviceability calculators & compliance docs
• Coordinate with clients for required documents and updates
• Provide admin support to Manager and ensure timely file progression
