• 2–4 years in mortgage operations, loan intake, or LOS support
• LendingWise experience preferred

Wage & Compensation Coordinator

• 1+ year experience in high-volume data entry or compensation/payroll support

Loan Closer

• 2–4 years in mortgage or lending operations
• Experience using LOS and digital closing tools

Pre-Underwriter

• 1–3+ years in loan processing, underwriting support, or credit review

Post Closing Specialist

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage closing and post-closing activities

Post Closing Underwriter

• 3–5 years of experience in post-closing review and regulatory compliance

Loan Processor

• 1–5 years of experience in loan processing or banking
• LOS exposure required
