**Job Description**

+ Performs inline QC reviews within the mortgage servicing Cash function. Validates processor work against established procedures, identifies and classifies defects, and documents decisions with clear rationale. Maintains consistent output in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
+ Responsibilities include evaluating rebuttals, communicating outcomes, and escalating ambiguous or high-risk items. Top performers may be selected for advanced process responsibilities.
